Avishkar Tiwari

President/Founder

Avishkar has completed his Master’s in the field of Conservation, Preservation and Heritage Management. He has further fine-tuned his conservatory skills in NRLC, Lucknow.
He thrives on ideas and opportunities. His leadership traits and appetite for knowledge and to do something that can bring an incremental impact on the society and culture guided him to form this organization. His desire to work for heritage conservation and sustainable heritage management and tourism is pushing him forward to explore the diversified heritage field in constantly revamping world.
During his leisure, he loves trekking and exploring off beat places.

Gaurav Pal

Secretary/Co-founder

Gaurav is presently working as a Research Fellow at National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore. His area of study includes Landscape Archaeology. He is currently exploring applications of GIS and Remote Sensing for cultural landscape analyses, mapping and documentation. Collaborating with people of different professionals, he is channeling the resources to make this NGO a working model in the field of conservation and heritage management. He is an avid fiction novel reader, movie enthusiast and full of pipeline ideas.

Ritwika Singh

Communication and Outreach Manager

Ritwika is a performance driven and knowledgeable heritage manager specializing in creating content and communicating arts while serving as a spokesperson and developing new communication strategies. Experience in reviewing and managing content on arts and culture with special emphasis on audience engagement and outreach activities. She has a Masters degree in Conservation & Heritage Management and has received a rigorous training in the same from NRLC, Lucknow. She has worked as an Assistant Conservator at Patna Museum on a project of NRLC. Heritage is more than just a profession for her and she is always on a look out for opportunities to contribute towards like. Additionally, she has been working with a keen interest on enhancing the general public’s awareness towards museums and establishing a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to the study of Heritage.

Rishibha Aery

Heritage Conservator/Manager

As a Heritage Conservator and Manager, Rishibha Aery contributes to the on-going challenges needed to uplift the organization. She is a Masters graduate from Delhi Institute of Heritage Research and Management and is currently working as an Art Conservator at INTACH, Delhi. She is also the Visual Communications Manager at RATH. Her enthusiasm towards accomplishing her goals in the heritage sector that is a part of a burgeoning interest has encouraged her to know more and work towards it. She loves to travel and likes to take pictures of everything that feels good. She also has an artistic side to her that she wishes to explore through creating artistic content and presenting it to the audience.

Aarushi Mehra

Archaeologist and Art Conservator

Aarushi is a conservator-restorer by profession at Maharaja Lakshmeshwar Singh Museum, Darbhanga. She is responsible for the preservation of artistic and cultural artifacts from the personal collections of the Maharaja. She is well versed in diverse dynamics within museum space including collection management, curating, documenting and conservation of art objects, and preparing policies for smooth functioning within the cultural space. For her Art conservation is a different world one comes across.

She actively shares information about legacies spread across generations and hope to generate consciousness about the same. She is an independent artist who loves to express herself and her feelings through art. She bets that one can paint this rankling world into the happiest era.

Rajlakshmi Dubey

Conservation Architect

Rajlakshmi is an Urban conservationist and an architect who has done her Masters in Architecture from KRIVIA ,Mumbai . She is skilled in place making planning, process, research and mapping.She has immense affection and concern for the Indian heritage. At RATH, she is working on Darbhanga Heritage Rejuvenation Plan and contributes towards preparing architectural drawings and planning and execution of the project.

She is also an environmentalist and a nature lover and does not shy away from raising her voice against climate change.

Shwetha Achar

Museum Consultant

Shwetha has more than 4 years of experience in Curatorial Practices and Education and she believes that every problem comes with a solution, however if one can’t put a finger on it, it shall not be considered as a problem but a challenge! She is a Museum Consultant. Through her current role she formulates project phases, forecasts project requirements, resources, revenue, it’s effectiveness, foresees risk and potentials, conceptualises practical plans for museum setup, curates educational programs and exhibitions.

Through her diverse roles with architectural firms, educational institutions, corps and foundations she has developed expertise in management of collection, projects and people by being a part of the curatorial team in various museum projects. Shwetha is an active listener and learner;  aims to successfully accomplish noteworthy courses that help her career grow; she currently indulges in learning Braille and American Sign Language.

Katyayani Bopardikar

Research Interns Team Leader- Museum for Women Project

Katyayani Bopardikar Kelkar is an Archaeologist by profession and a researcher by passion. She has pursued her Master’s degree from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Vadodara. Her academic research was acknowledged and granted by Victoria and Albert Museum, New Delhi. She is responsible for authentication and fact analysis of the research projects (Museum) at RATH and also is leading a team of research interns.

Lakshita Shee

Social Media Team Leader

Lakshita is a B.com. Hons graduate from Delhi University. She displays special interest in the field of corporate social responsibility and animal welfare and hence, served as the President of Enactus MLNC, a young entrepreneurs organisation working towards a better nation. Her interest in the field of animal welfare has led her to set up an animal organization along with a friend of hers. She has been inclined towards conserving the heritage of our diverse country and voila, her undying curiosity towards India’s history, culture and heritage led her to work with RATH. She leads the social media team of interns and is always on the look out for interesting and engaging content for our Instagram page.
